    Customers may verify and claim directly at authorised service centres.
  • Pre-Owned Devices
    Warranty varies by product and will be stated in the listing.
    Receipt will be provided for warranty claims where applicable.

What currency are the prices listed in your website?

All prices listed in our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Can I sell without buying?

Why do you need/ are you allowed to collect my NRIC/ Work Permit / Passport?

This is a legal requirement under the Secondhand Goods Dealers Act, which overrides PDPA regulations for such transactions. 

Do you provide backup/ transfer?

We recommend customers perform their own data backup.

If needed, we can assist with basic transfer, but only one device at a time in-store, and waiting time may apply.

Do you accept trade-in of used phones?

Yes, we do accept trade-ins.

Is this a legitimate website/ business?

Absolutely! We are registered under ACRA Singapore (Business registration No.: 201836556G) with all necessary licenses from IMDA Singapore (Infocomm Media Development Authority) to deal with mobile phones.

Do you issue receipts as I need those for filing purposes?

Absolutely, we can issue receipts to the recipient name which the customer suggests.

Do our products come with the 7 days exchange policy?

We do not offer a 7-day exchange policy.Customers are advised to check all items carefully before leaving the store.
If a product is defective at the point of sale, we will provide a 1-to-1 exchange on the spot.After purchase, any faulty items should be brought to the respective authorised service centres for warranty support. 

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

  • No return or exchange once the item has been used or opened
  • Customers are advised to check the product before leaving the store
  • Defective items at point of purchase will be exchanged on the spot (1-to-1)

Most items listed are available. However, due to fast-moving stock, availability may change quickly.
