Condition Guide

 

The prices listed in our catalog are for Grade A (Pristine/Mint). If your device falls into a lower tier, the following deductions will apply to the final payout.

Grade A: Pristine & Mint (Full Value)

• Body: No scratches, defects, or dents.
• Screen: Flawless or "good as new" with no visible marks.
• Display: Perfect LCD/OLED with no discoloration or dead pixels.
• Value: 100% of Listed Price

 

Grade B: Lightly Used (Standard Deduction)

• Body: More than 5 micro-scratches, or any scratch longer than 3mm. No dents.
• Screen: Minor visible scratches on the glass, including corners and borders.
• Display: Flawless internally (no burn-in or dead pixels).
• Value: Depending on Model

 

Grade C: Well Used (Major Deduction)

• Body: Visible dents, scuffs, or small gaps in the casing.
• Screen: Obvious/deep scratches on the screen (but no cracks).
• Display: Flawless internally (no burn-in or dead pixels).
• Value: Depends on model (higher deductions may apply than listed)

 

Grade D: Heavy Damage / Functional Issues

• Body: Cracks in glass (front/back), major casing gaps, or bent frame.
• Screen: Shattered, chipped, or cracked glass.
• Display: Large dead pixels, major discoloration, or severe screen-burn.
• Remark: Requires individual inspection.
