• Pristine: Look and feel like a new phone, and they’ve either been used very minimally.

• Mint: Almost as good as new, the body does not have scratches, defects or dents. There may be light micro scratches but hardly visible

• Lightly Used: The body has light signs of wear and may have light micro-scratches, visible only at a distance within 20cm

• Well Used: The body has signs of wear and may have a few visible scratches or dents that do not affect performance.

One month in house warranty does not apply to any

1. Damage to the Product caused by accident, abuse, misuse, spillage of food or liquid or other external causes.
2. Damage to the Product caused by abnormal use of the Product, outside the permitted or intended uses described by Seller.
3. Damage to the Product caused by failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use, or use of improper voltage or power supply.
4.  Damage to the Product caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Seller.
5. Cosmetic damage to the Product, including but not limited to scratches or dents.
6. Defects or Parts requiring replacement due to ordinary wear and tear (e.g. battery), corrosion, rust or stains,
   scratches, dents on the casing or paintwork of the Product.
